This award will go to a business or service provider that has utilised tech in order to maximise their workplace wellbeing strategy. The business will be able to demonstrate how the tech has integrated into staff’s day-to-day lives, and the direct benefit it has had on wellbeing among its staff and how it has been used.
Breaking the Silence Award
This award will go to an individual who has kickstarted a company-wide approach to wellbeing in the workplace by speaking up and challenging the status quo. They may have publicly discussed their own mental or physical wellbeing challenges, or spoken up about the lack of support available for staff, inspiring and motivating company leaders to make a change.
Best Covid-19 Company Response
This award will go to a business that reacted to the many challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic with excellence and commitment to its workforce. Although its workplace may now be spread virtually across the country, this business continued to recognise the value and importance of its staff’s wellbeing against the backdrop of home working and isolation.
