    Amanda Finch

    CEO, Chartered Institute of Information Security (CIISec)

    Amanda Finch is the CEO of the Chartered Institute of Information Security (CIISec) and has specialised in Information Security management since 1991. She has always been an active contributor to the industry and for many years she has been dedicated to gaining recognition for the discipline to be recognised as a profession.


    Over her career she has been engaged in all aspects of Information Security Management and takes a pragmatic approach to the application of security controls to meet business objectives. Through her work she has developed an extensive understanding of the commercial sector and its particular security needs. In her current role she works with Industry, Government and Academia, assisting all sectors in raising levels of competency and education.


    Amanda has a Masters degree in Information Security, Full Membership CIISec and is a Fellow of the BCS. In 2007 she was awarded European Chief Information Security Officer of the year by Secure Computing magazine and frequently listed as one of the most influential women within the industry.

    Delphine Forma

    Chief Compliance Officer, TAAL

    Delphine Forma is an experienced compliance officer who worked across different countries and industries including large banks in the U.K. such as Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ and HSBC Bank plc., and blockchain/crypto businesses in Switzerland. She holds a diploma from Sciences Po Lyon, and two master’s degrees specialized in European Criminal Business Law and Frauds and Money Laundering Prevention. Delphine is a Board member of the OpenVASP Association (a non-profit association formed to develop a protocol and standards to allow virtual assets providers and others to comply with the Financial Action Task Force's "travel rule" requiring identifying information for parties involved in transfer of Digital Assets) and has served has a Board Member of the Crypto Valley Association. She is now Chief Compliance Officer of TAAL. Delphine is passionate about crypto and all blockchain things, she also co-host a news channel on clubhouse (every Wednesday at 6pm CET).

    Dr. Vasileios Karagiannopoulos

    Reader in Cyber Crime & Cybersecurity, University of Portsmouth

    Dr Vasileios Karagiannopoulos is Reader in Cyber Crime & Cybersecurity, University of Portsmouth and Director of the Cybercrime Awareness Clinic. He teaches Digital Forensic Investigations, Cyberlaw, Governance and Human Rights and Online Activism, Cyberterrorism and Cyberwarfare for the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies' new BSc in Criminology and Cybercrime.

    Emma Martins

    Data Protection Commissioner, Office of the Data Protection Authority, Bailiwick of Guernsey

    Emma Martins has held the statutory role of Data Protection Commissioner for the Bailiwick of Guernsey since 2012. At that time she was also Information Commissioner for Jersey when the Islands created a pan-Island regulatory office. Emma joined the Data Protection Office in Jersey in 2002 in the post of Deputy Registrar and was successful in her application for the position of Registrar in 2006.
    Emma heads a small team that is committed to embedding data protection compliance into their jurisdiction by supporting positive, enlightened legal and ethical engagement by the regulated community.

    Giorgia Vulcano

    EU Privacy Counsel, Coca Cola Company

    Giorgia is the EU Privacy Counsel for Coca-Cola Europe and she serves as legal subject matter expert and counselor for the DPO Office in Brussels. After completing her studies in Rome, Madrid and Washington DC, she has worked in several lawfirms in Chile and France and as in-house for startups developing data-driven marketing solutions. Before joining Coca-Cola, she was working in the cybersecurity department of Deloitte in Brussels.

    Giorgia provides advice and training to different business functions, particularly Marketing and IT, to ensure compliance with the GDPR and to coordinate responses and implementation strategies.
    She has completed her studies in Italy, Spain and the US, she is Member of the Madrid Bar Association and is awaiting admission to the New York State Bar. Giorgia is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish.

    Lindsey Law

    Head of Audit, NatWest

    Passionate since a young age about equality, her research rekindled this interest, and she has become an evangelist of the message that businesses, universities, and politicians need to understand the barriers that even high-achieving women face, and do more to support them in overcoming them.


    Lindsey is a Board member of Scottish Women’s Aid, the leading advocacy organisation in Scotland working to influence policy to enable the eradication of violence against women and children. She is also on the board of the National Youth Choir of Scotland. She is determined to be a voice for change, ensuring that decisions taken within the organisations she work in have fairness and equality at their heart. As former co-chair of NatWest’s Gender network she is a visible and vocal champion of women and their potential within Natwest and now leads the Gender Network Advisory Panel to provide executive support and sponsorship for the Network.

    Lisa Ventura

    CEO and Founder, UK Cybersecurity Association

    Lisa Ventura is an award-winning Cyber Security consultant and is the CEO and Founder of the UK Cyber Security Association (UKCSA), a membership association that is dedicated to individuals and companies who actively work in cyber security in the UK. She has over 10 years’ experience in the cyber security industry and is passionate about raising awareness of being more cyber aware in business to help prevent cyber-attacks and cyber fraud. She is a thought leader, author and keynote speaker and has been published in various publications globally. Her first book “The Rise of the Cyber Women: Volume One” was published in August 2020.     Lopa Patel MBE is a Digital Entrepreneur, Non-Executive Chair, NED and Trustee with strengths in governance and risk oversight. The founder of two ventures in online media and a data-driven marketing consultancy, she is also the Chair of equality and inclusion charity, Diversity UK; a Trustee of The Science Museum Group (SMG); a Non-Executive Director of the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) and a Council Member of The Open University (OU).


    Lopa is an elected Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM). She is an ambassador for entrepreneurship, innovation and technology and has been recognised with many accolades including an MBE for services to the creative industries in 2009; the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion in 2015 and an Honorary Doctorate by The Open University in 2017, in recognition of her efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in science and technology.

    Rachel Glasser

    Chief Privacy Officer, Magnite

    Rachel Glasser oversees all privacy and data protection matters for Wunderman Thompson and Wunderman Thompson Data. She is responsible for overall compliance design, as well as data privacy laws and regulations, particularly in regard to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and emerging state laws and the impact on business. In her role, Rachel focuses on appropriate data collection and its use in online marketing for data management and optimization, e-commerce, brand safety and data privacy education. Prior to the merged Wunderman Thompson, Rachel served as Director of Privacy at GroupM. Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in politics from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
